I firmly believe that jiu-jitsu is for everyone. The schools listed below cover defensive techniques, take-downs, ground control, submissions, positioning. They all cater to children, teens, and adult.
Reach out. Do a trial class. Become a badass!
I started my jiu-jitsu journey with Adam four years ago and have been training with him ever since. He provides excellent instruction and focuses on providing the highest quality Gracie Jiu-jitsu in the area. The new curriculum covers everything you need to know from self-defense and grappling, to striking. His joking attitude makes class fun and entertaining.

I met Matt and Troy 4 years ago when I first started jiu-jitsu at another school. Since then, they have opened their own school with the vision to improve and protect the lives of others in their community. They are passionate about learning their student’s motivation for jiu-jitsu and are mindful of those reasons when instructing. Their top priority is creating a safe and fun training environment with certified instructors and a clear curriculum for all belt levels. In the near future, their goal is to have a women’s only class taught by a female instructor.
